Frequently asked questions about setting up an online accout

 

Why should I set up an account?

There is no faster way to order from ZCPublishers.com than by registering an account. By creating a ZCPublishers.com account, you'll be able to order from our excellent selection of Christian books and products over and over again without re-entering your name, billing information and shipping address.

How do I create an account?

To create an account at ZCPublishers.com, you can either click here to create an account or click the "My Account" link at the top of every page, submit your email address and then fill out the corresponding form. Once you have created your account, your name will appear at the top of ZCPublishers.com's home page each time you return to the site to let you know that you have been recognized our website.

Is the information in my account safe and protected?

Yes. You can rest assured that with the use of secure connections and encryption, any information you enter on our server is safe from hackers and thieves. At ZCPublishers.com, we have a Privacy Policy to assure you that any information given to us stays with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

How can I alter my account once it's created?

If you have already created an account, it is easy to change any of your personal information or preferred methods of payment. Simply click the "My Account" link at the top of any page and log in. Your previously entered information will appear and you can change any of the information on your account page.

What if I forget my password?

If you have an account but have forgotten the password, click on the link "Forgot Your Password?" directly above the space where you would normally enter your password on the sign-in page. You will be asked to enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions for setting up a new password right away.

Do you save my credit card information?

NO. ZCPublishers.com has a policy of not saving your credit card information. That way there is nothing for hackers and thieves to find.

How do I check my order history?

Log in to your account and go to the Order History section of your account. You will see your orders in chronological order along with the status of each. Here are the status updates you may see:

  • Submitted means that the order has been entered into our system, but can still be edited or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel an order, it is best to call us immediately at (607) 565-2801.
  • Complete means that all items on the order have been shipped to you.
  • Cancelled orders will not be processed or shipped.
  • Processed means that your order has been prepared and it is too late to change or cancel it.
  • Awaiting Payment means that your phone or check order has been received and we are waiting to receive your payment by phone or check.
  • Backordered means that one or more items on your order are not currently in stock. When this occurs, we ship your in-stock items immediately, then send the backordered items as they become available. There may be an additional charge for shipping separate backorders, however your credit card will not be charged until your backorders is shipped to you. 
 

Frequently asked questions about our payment options

 

What payment options are available?

Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express.  For those who prefer to pay by check or money order, you may order online using the check payment option.  We will prepare your order and ship it out when the payment is received.  The check or money order must be in US dollars, from a US bank.

Can I use a gift certificate to pay for my online order?

Absolutely! ZCPublishers.com gift certificates are redeemable for any order, including those placed online. Gift certificates can also be combined with other forms of payment if your order amount exceeds the amount of the gift certificate. To redeem a gift certificate, you can enter the gift certificate number and its redemption code on the "Payment Method" or "Order Summary" pages.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). We will send a confirmation email as soon as the order ships. Occasionally, some of our products may be out of stock at the time of your order, in which case, we won't charge your credit card until they shipped.

Can I be billed? Do you do Collect on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process "collect on delivery" transactions.

Do you offer additional discounts to churches?

ZCPublishers offers a 30% discount on all orders to churches.  Please call beforehand in order for us to set up a speciall account for your church.  ZCPublishers.com also offers bulk discounts to those individuals or organizations that order large quanities of books.  Please call to find out about our bulk discounts.

 

Frequently asked questions about placing an order

 

Can I place my order by phone?

Absolutely! At ZCPublishers.com, we understand some folks are still a little nervous about ordering online. With that in mind, feel free to call our customer service at (607) 565-2801. You can order any of the products you find online at ZCPublishers.com by phone. We will be happy to process your order just as quickly as we'd process an online order.

What if I have an out-of-stock item in my order?

You can always see if an item is in stock on our product detail pages, listed below the item's price. If you chose to order an item that is not currently in stock, we will ship all the items in your order that are available immediately and we will ship the backordered items as soon as they become available. Your credit card will not be charged for your backordered items until they are shipped to you. However, there may be separate shipping charges. In addition, if you decide that you do not want an item before it is shipped, you can cancel your order without being charged.

Can I save items to order at a later date?

Absolutely! On each item page, click on the "Add to Wishlist" link and those items will be saved in your profile. Please note that you will need to create an account to use this feature.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order immediately after it is placed. However, because we always try to process orders and shipped them to you as quickly as possible, if you do not edit or cancel your order very soon after it is placed, there is a very good chance that we have already processed it, at which point it is no longer possible to edit or cancel your order.

To check if your order has been processed, you will need to log in to your ZCPublishers.com account and navigate to the Order History section. If the status of your order is "submitted," click on your order number and you will see the option to edit or cancel your order. Otherwise, during our business hours you may contact us by phone or email and we will let you know if you are still able to edit or cancel your order.

If your order cannot be changed or canceled in time, you can always choose to return an item after receiving it. To find out how to return an item, please see our Return Policy.

Do you charge sales tax?

ZCPublishers.com charges the New York sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within New York State.  Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax.
